Programmes
LMT programmes are custom made and tailored to your Department’s training requirements. Our team provides an initial assessment to assist in the process of identifying critical learning opportunities for your medical and nursing staff. We work with you to ensure that all training objectives are delivered either locally or online as appropriate. We specialise in hands on local theoretical and practical training. A series of assessments after individual modules identify remaining gaps during the process and modification of the teaching to ensure the achievement of competencies by the end an individual course. A final comprehensive assessment can be built in to establish the achievement of the training objectives.
Certification
Certification provides your medical staff with the reinforcement of the attainment of knowledge and practical skillset to a defined standard.
